I had the most amazing stay at a wonderful accommodation in a perfect location. From the moment I arrived, the host greeted me with a friendly smile and gave me a thorough tour of the house. The attention to detail was outstanding, with everything I could possibly need provided, from local wine to beach towels. The outdoor pool and lounge area were absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect relaxation spot. The house itself was modern and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was ideal, away from the busy streets of the city but only a short bus ride away from all the sights. I loved every second of my stay and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this accommodation for a perfect and relaxing vacation.

Had an amazing time at this beautiful villa over Xmas. Everything was exactly as shown in the pics, clean and in excellent condition. Loved cooling off in the small pool after exploring the city. Beds were so comfy and the air-con kept us cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy and frequent bus rides to the city center. The host was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Loved the food in the fridge upon arrival and the helpful tips. Great all around!
To get food shopping, we had to take a bus or taxi to the supermarket. Couldn't really walk anywhere from the villa, except for a steep hill with steps, and there were no sidewalks on the main road.

The room at Villa Rose was awesome! It had a private bathroom with a hairdryer, so no sharing with strangers. As a young person who likes privacy, this was a big plus for me.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared kitchen area. But hey, some people might still find it convenient.

The best thing about our stay at Villa Rose in Dubrovnik was definitely the private bathroom with a hairdryer in every unit. It made getting ready for our nights out so much easier and convenient. As friends who enjoy exploring the local nightlife, it was the perfect amenity for us.
Personally, I found the lack of a mini-fridge in the room a bit disappointing. But hey, everyone's different, and some people might not even mind that.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, spotless villa, and clean pool/barbeque area. Few villas with pools in the area. Family of four found it cheap to Uber into the city. Hostess provided drinks, food, and was always available for help. Fabulous holiday, wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had an amazing time at this fantastic villa! the pool on hand made it all very easy with our two small kids. the fully kitted cook station allowed us to barbecue our own dinners, and the host even had someone come daily to check charcoal provisions. Being located on the outskirts with convenient access by bus was perfect for our family.
Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.

The location was excellent, with a bus stop just across the road, making it easy to explore the city. Nothing, all great.

The villa had a cozy seating area and a fully equipped kitchen where I could pretend to be a chef. The outdoor pool and terrace were perfect for sunbathing and enjoying BBQ parties. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for my Instagram addiction.
As if I really needed to worry about washing dishes on vacation, there was a dishwasher available. Such a burden!

From the moment I arrived at Villa Rose, I had a sublime experience. Dijana, our host, was extremely helpful and flexible with our arrival time. The house itself was beyond comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location on the outskirts of Dubrovnik was perfect, providing easy access to the city by bus. It was peaceful and offered high quality time with my family.
I did find parking a bit challenging at times, as it was on the other side of a busy road and unallocated. However, this only happened once during our two-week stay.
